Turks Turban Ricotta and Ravioli

1 Turks Turban Squash (one of the funky looking squash)
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper

1 block of firm Tofu
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
Juice from ½ a lemon
Salt and pepper (blend all together and taste to your liking!)
Optional: nutritional yeast, a handful of basil leaves

2 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour (plus 2 tablespoons more to knead)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp olive oil
