A Bit Cheesy

½ can of Cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
½ tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp olive oil
½ lemon
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper
Splash of water or vegetable broth
This sauce can be made a million different ways… I never make the same sauce twice. Once you get comfortable with the ingredients, add and change the sauce around to your liking.
I start with the basic ingredients, and then like to add some onions and garlic depending on the dish’s flavors.
