A Bit Cheesy

    • ½ can of Cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)

    • ½ tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

    • 1 tsp olive oil

    • ½ lemon

    • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

    • Salt and pepper

    • Splash of water or vegetable broth

This sauce can be made a million different ways… I never make the same sauce twice. Once you get comfortable with the ingredients, add and change the sauce around to your liking.

I start with the basic ingredients, and then like to add some onions and garlic depending on the dish’s flavors.
